Most procurement questions are already answered by the product record itself. Open the record for the material you are reviewing, check the catalog size, the listed purity and the documentation status, then send the desk the material name, the quantity and the destination country.

How do I start a procurement inquiry?
Send the material name, the quantity you need and the destination country to the research desk on WhatsApp. The desk reviews the request and replies with availability and the documentation status of the lot.
Does this catalog publish prices?
No. The catalog is inquiry only: no price, currency amount, discount or stock figure appears on this site. Commercial terms are provided by the research desk in answer to a specific inquiry.
Is a certificate of analysis available for any product?
No certificate of analysis is published on this site. Lot documentation that exists for a specific material is released through the research desk on request; see /quality.html for how documentation is handled.
Where can I find CAS numbers and molecular formulas?
They are not published on this site. Each product record lists the catalog name, the category, the catalog size and the listed purity value, and nothing beyond that is stated as fact.
Can I request a quantity other than the listed catalog size?
Each record lists exactly the catalog size published for that material. Any other quantity is a desk question: send the amount you need and the research desk will confirm what can be supplied.
Which purity figure applies to my material?
The purity value printed on that product record, and no other. No alternative or additional purity figure is published anywhere on this site.
How is shipping organised?
Shipping is arranged per inquiry. The research desk confirms the destination country and receiving institution first, and no carrier, rate or delivery time is published. See /shipping.html.
How do I follow up on an inquiry?
Use the reference issued by the research desk with the Inquiry Status view, which can hold that reference alongside your email. The view is a demonstration interface and does not query an external system.
