Shipping is not automated on this site. When an inquiry is accepted, the research desk confirms the destination country, the receiving institution and the documentation that travels with the material before dispatch is arranged.

That confirmation step is what keeps the receiving laboratory's records consistent with what actually arrives.

What is agreed before dispatch

• Destination country and receiving institution, confirmed with the research desk.
• The documentation that accompanies the specific lot.
• Receiving contact details and any institutional delivery requirement the desk needs to respect.

What this site does not publish

No carrier, courier, freight service, transit time, delivery window, shipping rate or customs guarantee is published here, because every arrangement is agreed per inquiry.

If a shipping figure appears somewhere other than a reply from the research desk, it did not come from this site.

When material arrives

Record arrival conditions, check the sealed vial against the documentation provided for the lot, and transfer the material into appropriate controlled storage promptly.
